Welcome! My name is Veronica Derricks and I am an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). I am also a faculty member in the Outreach and Research Engagement Core at the Indiana Alzheimer's Disease Research Center.

 

My research program focuses primarily on understanding the psychosocial mechanisms that perpetuate disparities in health and organizational outcomes. Moreover, I am interested in using this knowledge to develop interventions that improve healthcare delivery and mitigate threat in organizational settings, particularly for members of minoritized groups.
